Lot of customers faces issue with product support after they purchase product from other online marketplace. Once the product is delivered and replacement policy days are elapsed, there is no way; they can get help from the online store for the product purchased. We have seen many customers dealing with this issue of finding service centers or support for the product purchased online and getting frustrated. At Bizliwala.com, we care about our customers and that commitment is extended even after the purchase of products from Bizliwala.com. We offer lifetime after sales support which includes warranty claim and repair assistance for complete peace of mind of customers.

Replacement Support (within 7 days of delivery)
If a purchased product  is found defective or damaged within 7 days of receipt of the product in unused condition, it will come under Bizliwala.com 7 days replacement  policy, Contact Customer Support at support@bizliwala.com. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the product through our courier partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the product through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier cost and send a new product in replacement of the old one (original box packing must be provided)

Warranty Support (within warranty period)
If the purchased product becomes faulty after 7 days of receipt of product, then it will come under standard manufacturer warranty terms of the product for which you can do following steps:

1) Check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, or warranty service at your location. Using this service may be the fastest way to get the problem put right.

2) If you are not able to locate OEM service center then you can contact us at customer support at support@bizliwala.com for help and we will work with OEM to locate nearest service center for you.

3) If there is no service center at your location, then you can send us the product for warranty claim by courier or other means. We will get the product serviced or replaced from the OEM service center and ship it back to you. Shipping charges for sending the product to us will be borne by you.

Repair Support (after warranty period)
If the purchased product becomes faulty after the warranty period has elapsed then you can contact us for repair or maintenance service. You can send us the product by courier or other means to us. If the product is under repairable condition, we will send a budgetary quote towards repairing charges and shipping charges, on getting the approval from your side, we will raise a Proforma invoice for advance payments, after receipt of payments we will get the product repaired and ship it back to you. In case the budgetary quote is not acceptable to you and you do not wish to repair your product then the same can be returned back to you but the courier charges must be paid by you. We will not be held responsible for the loss / further damage to your product after 30 days from the date of issue of budgetary quote. You agree and allow us to dismantle or destroy the product after 30 days to make space for our godown’s. You also agree not to make any further claims for the said products.

Please note that Bizliwala.com provides lifetime product support to the products purchased from our store only. Also Bizliwala.com reserves the right to deny or accept the warranty claim or other issues.
